Demo Booking. When you schedule a demo through our website, we use Cal.com to process your booking. Information you provide during scheduling — such as your name, email address, firm name, and any notes you include — is collected to facilitate the meeting.

How We Use Your Information

Client Data and AI Infrastructure

Data processed by your private AI environment is not collected, accessed, or stored by Metrovolo. Your deployment runs on infrastructure controlled by your firm. We do not have access to the content of your AI interactions, uploaded documents, or generated outputs.

Your private AI infrastructure is isolated by design. The models deployed in your environment run on compute resources dedicated to your firm. No data from your AI environment is transmitted to Metrovolo, to model providers, or to any third party. Your data stays within your infrastructure at all times.

Metrovolo may collect limited technical telemetry related to system health, uptime, and resource utilization for the purpose of managing and maintaining your deployment. This telemetry does not include the content of your documents, queries, or AI-generated outputs.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses a limited number of third-party services, each selected for their privacy practices:

• Plausible Analytics — Privacy-focused web analytics. No cookies, no personal data collection. Data is processed in the EU.
• Cal.com — Scheduling platform used for demo bookings. Subject to Cal.com's privacy policy for data you provide during booking.
• Vercel — Website hosting platform. Processes standard web server logs including IP addresses and request data.

We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or any third-party services that sell or broker personal data. We do not sell your data to any third party for any purpose.
